My Journey: A Life Devoted to Emotional & Relational Healing

My journey into mental health began with a moment I could never forget—a child with a visible disability at a concert stirred something deep within me. I didn’t know then what it meant, but I now know it was compassion calling.

Over the years, this call only grew stronger. I began my career in the para medical field, trained in psychiatry, and eventually became a psychological counselor. But what I saw in every counseling room, classroom, and boardroom was this: behind every struggle was a silent story—unresolved emotional wounds, attachment injuries, and unmet childhood needs.

Determined to go deeper, I earned my second Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College, USA. This wasn’t just academic—it shaped me into the person of the counselor—someone who doesn’t just offer answers, but offers presence, empathy, and transformation.

Coming Back to India, I worked in colleges and corporates, engaging with thousands of clients. Whether it was high-performing leaders, anxious students, or emotionally weary couples, I kept seeing the same root cause: buried emotional pain showing up in relationships, reactivity, burnout, and disconnection.

To expand this healing work, I pursued my Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies at Regent University, USA, and launched Limitless Psychological Services—a space where individuals, couples, and professionals can find real healing, not just coping strategies.

Today, I walk alongside those who are ready to live consciously, love deeply, and lead from wholeness. Because true change begins with awareness—of our patterns, pain, and the possibility of becoming inherently whole.
